My relationship with my own body was not always as positive as it is today. I struggled for years with chronic, debilitating low back pain and terrible migraine headaches - afraid of my own body; the pain it caused me and afraid that I would never find a way out of pain.
On the road to healing, I met a lot of brilliant teachers, and learned one very powerful lesson: MOVEMENT IS MEDICINE.
I know this is true because I finally freed myself from the grip of pain using simple movement and self-massage techniques. Intelligent movement is a skill that can be taught - and that's where I come in!
